Hi Liv! Great video. I really liked how your assets were video clips – it added to the impact and emotion of the music/lyrics, and made it very interesting to watch. I wasn’t 100% sure what the takeaway was, but my best guess is that this video highlights how fast childhood is, and how before we know it, we are all grown up. I would say the message is on the subtler side, which allows multiple viewers to form their own interpretations of the story.
The variety of animated and filmed videos made the sequencing very captivating, and I liked the insertion of the lyrics at a couple points in the frame, as well. My one suggestion is that adding a few still images might vary the pacing a bit more. Amazing job!
Hello Liv! I loved watching your video. It tells a message that can be interpreted in many meaningful ways. Combining different media forms, be it actual footage or cartoons, gives it a unique touch. The music is perfect as well. I would suggest adding more videos and images, but other than that, you’ve done a fantastic job!
Hi Liv! I love the clips in the video and the variety of cartoon and real life kids. I am not sure what exactly the takeaway is, maybe that everyone is a kid at some point. The music was nice and it appears that the cut aways were timed with beat changes. My suggestions would be to make the videos fill the whole frame, add more videos/images, and maybe some more text elements to make the message clearer.
