I love this pairing. The photo works perfectly with the article. I think this particular image and article have a deeper meaning with all the things that are currently happening around the world.
I like the style of the fonts that you used. They are similar enough to feel cohesive, but different enough to create visual interest. It is clear and easy to read. My only suggestion would be to pick a font color with a stronger contrast to the background. It blends in a bit.

Great choice on the text there, it melds perfectly with the grayish hues of the sky, and the spacing between both fonts really ties the relationship between both fonts together.
The background to the image being an unedited part of the photograph itself is also a really great choice, the white from the font contrasts well against the gray sky, I love how well that came out too.
