Hi Akerke,
I liked your podcast idea and the intro you created for it. Your intro is calming and gives me a sense of serenity and relaxation. The music you used felt perfectly aligned with what you are talking about and how you want to come off to your listeners. Your use of tea being poured at the end of your intro felt like a great segway into the start of the podcast. Almost like the listener is also pouring tea in preparation to listen to what you’re discussing in that episode. A couple of suggestions to improve your intro to your podcast: I would lower the volume of the tea-pouring section as it came off very loud and surprised me. I would also suggest slowing down your voice to help create that relaxed setting and grab the listener’s attention. I did not find any technical problems with your links, and your citations are correct. Great Job!
Hi Akerke! I love the idea for your podcast! Your cover image is absolutely adorable! The music is so inviting and relaxing. As the music played and the tea poured, it felt as if I was sitting on a white fuzzy couch about to listen to what you had to tell me. The narration was a little fast, but nice and clear. You totally could get an audience together to support this podcast. I know so many people do advice podcasts and I think it would be interesting to listen to. This would appeal to a ton of girls who want a little support. The tea sound was a little startling, but otherwise, I had no technical issues.
Hi Akerke! What a fun podcast concept! I love the lo-fi music you chose and your voice is so warm and friendly. Aurally, you have created such a calm, welcoming space; it feels like you’re sitting down with a friend in a cute, trendy coffee shop to talk about life and build each other up. The audio feels a little loud, but is overall very clear and crisp. I think there is definitely an audience for this!
I like the fonts you chose for the thumbnail, as well as the background photo. I think there is a great opportunity here to play a little more with the color story here, perhaps leaning in to the warm browns and greens of your background photo to create more visual harmony.
