Great choice of article and photo. There is a lot to appreciate here, but I think my favorite part is how everything is framed. Not only do you have the text spotlighted in the brightest part of the photo, but it’s also right above the man with his arms up, almost as if he’s pointing right at it.
The “Article 20” is quite far away from the body text and doesn’t stand out too much, but I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing, and I like the color contrast between the two. The fonts also seem to go together well.
If I were to make a suggestion, it might be to pull some of the red or green into the body text rather than having it black (probably the green, as the red might be too bright against the bright sky).
