Hey Tashi!
What a fun choice for this assignment! I think it’s a great, lighthearted take on Article 28, as Elle Woods was all about exercising her freedom to fulfill her dreams her way, and creating a society where others felt comfortable doing the same.
The first thing that caught my eye was definitely the pink! I love that you pulled it from the photo and applied it to the typography; they both really stand out against the browns/greens of the room. Of course, this I also like that the body text is a little bit hazy; it fits the age of the film well. Overall, I do think these fonts go together well and suit the tone of the image.
If I had to suggest any changes, it might be the alignment of the text. With the body text being centered, you could argue that the “28” looks a bit funny being just off-center. Maybe having them both aligned to the left side or centered would offer more balance.
Great job! Now I’m dying to watch the movie!
