Wow! I love this – the black font against the orange background really stands out and the placement of the text also serves to draw attention to the figure on the dune. I also think the decision to right align the text (rather than the more common left alignment) was a good call here because it really fits with the flow of the image. In my post I made the article number small and the text of the article large but again, the inverse of that really works here. And the image itself is a great way of capturing the meaning behind the article – you definitely get a sense of open space and freedom which is what being free from arbitrary arrest/detention/exile is all about. All in all great work!
Hi Bremen! I really like the style! It uses a minimalist design with consistent colors, making the whole image look clear and concise. The combination of photo and text makes sense, as the person in the photo seems to be walking towards freedom, and your text is placed in the direction she is walking, which enhances attention to the text. Additionally, the overall design looks unified because the colors in the picture are similar, so your choice of black text and similar fonts is very reasonable and well-matched. Finally, a small suggestion would be to place the word “exile” on the same line as the others, as it currently stands out alone. Overall, it’s exceptionally good!
