It seems like you have everything centered, which emphasizes the meaning of team, but maybe you could try a different alignment for the text. I can tell that you have two different fonts, but I’m wondering about your choice of color for your two fonts. Did the white come from the skyline in the background, maybe, or were you thinking of white as the blending of all colors into one ‘team’? It might have been fun to use some of the other colors from the t-shirts and letters in the image, but that might have been tricky to make sure you could still read the text against the background. You could try making the background of the text box a different color and then overlaying the text in a new layer. Also, you might want to check the links for your attribution; I could only get to the gallery with the link you provided, so you need to add a link to the photo itself as well as a link to BeFunky.
