I think that this was done so well. The image pairs with the article perfectly. The image and the text placement also really go hand in hand. The text follows the horizontal lines in the image and blends in seamlessly. It’s nice that the text is able to all fit in one line. The fonts work together to convey the message and the bold text emphasizes the point. The text could be a little bigger to help make it more readable, but I wouldn’t say that’s a big issue. I don’t think there’s anything I would really do differently.
Christopher, first of all I just want to comment on how creative that your title is. I also loved how you used the person in the image to display the text, it’s visually appealing to the eye and is a great use of space. In a way, they’re “laying” on the text. This Article is one that is very important to me and one that I value greatly, especially when looking at the state of the unhoused population in the United States. Businesses are trying their hardest to make anti-homeless structures instead of helping people, denying these people one of their most basic needs. I have no extra notes on this post, very well done!
