Oh, I like this a lot! I love how you used the colors from the photo and changed the color of your text to match, along with the circle behind. You have nice contract between your typefaces, and good contrast in the colors as well. The spacing of the article text in the bottom left corner is great how it is even with both the left side and bottom. I love how you have the Article 27 following the path around the circle dramatically. I did find it a little hard to read the grey text for the article, so I would maybe consider adjusting that, but other than that I think you did a fabulous job.
