Greetings Fellow Classmates,
My name is Brad, and I’m excited to learn more about digital media this semester through the coursework and from your unique perspectives on the subject. The media/advertising world is not unfamiliar to me, as I currently work as a media strategist for a large global firm known as Havas. I work out of the Havas Miami office.

I look forward to kicking off my second to last semester as an MSIT student at FSU. As I wrap up the regular season that is my academic career, I hope the playoffs (aka the real world) will accept me as a more competent, technically proficient professional—sorry, Noles. Once I’ve completed my degree, I hope to transition into an ad tech role.

And when I’m not making horrible jokes at the expense of the FSU football team, I enjoy traveling, whitewater kayaking, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. I also used to play water polo during my time as an undergraduate student at the University of Tennessee. Anyway, here’s to a great semester! 🍻
Cheers,
Brad
Hello Brad! I hope you are having a good semester so far. Congratulations on being almost done with your degree. That is a great accomplishment. I remember hearing about the FSU football team being snuffed from the playoffs. It is such a shame. I have never been to Miami, but I have visited beaches in Jacksonville, Florida. What would be the best place to go fishing in that Miami area? The picture you posted looks like a beautiful place to work and live. I hope you have a good rest of your semester, and it was great “meeting” you.
Hi Brad! Miami is such a beautiful place to live and work, I bet you are loving it! I visited Miami several years ago and would love to go back. Please have an authentic cubano for me – they are so delicious. Whitewater kayaking sounds exhilarating. Do you have a favorite spot you’ve kayaked at? Thanks so much for introducing yourself to us. Enjoy your second to last semester!
Brad, I enjoyed becoming acquainted with you through your bio post. I think you shared appropriately, information wise, for a student project, as your post was succinct. The pictures, I pondered over a little. While you labelled your Miami photo as such, I remained curious as to how this might relate to your life there. I have never set foot on the FSU campus – in person – but I quickly surmised that was the football stadium. I found the architecture of the stadium and the statue in front very powerful, even heroic. Owing to your comment concerning jokes at the expense of the team, I was left considering if you were being ironic. Also, I was not familiar with the term you used, “noles,” so I searched for “FSU” AND “noles.” Perhaps, an apostrophe is in order. Sorry, but I must bring my identity as an English teacher, along with inveterate grammarista, and one who, despite the current trend, values the rules of Standard English. Ha, ha!
