Hi Megan,
Nice video! I love your topic choice. While watching I was thinking wow this is an out of the box look at how to bring the song to life. I also liked how you took more time on the images that show people and animals observing their surroundings. Very nice pacing. You may have had a different message but I took from your video to mean that we should be more aware of what’s going on around us whether it be locally or globally. We should be present and most importantly observe. Great post!
Hi Megan, I really enjoyed your video, nice work! I liked the timing that you used for the Listen section with the microphone. I thought that it was a clever way to bring attention to the message that the speaker was giving. Your pacing throughout the video was slow and steady, giving the viewer more time to associate the lyrics to the pictures and process the message. The images that you chose brought a new meaning when paired with the track, as you see a progression of related photos following the title pages, creating that connection. Using the cat photos gave me the impression that we were observing the world through the eyes of a cat and what mankind has accomplished. Overall, a really nice job!
