Hmm, I like the image and the font that you chose, but it makes me think of all of the times and at my current job that I have had to sign a waiver consenting to being filmed/photographed. That’s because of the security cameras obviously. At another job I’ve had people aren’t allowed to take photos without the other persons consent and I remember the first time I saw someone come in and ask me if I “knew about Twitch” obviously he was filming me from the camera strapped on his head.
Humberto great job with embodying the concept of freedom of expression with your blog post! Your typeface is great, I like the colors that you used for your fonts to really grab the attention of your audience. I can clearly see that you have a Header and body and although they are the same colors you did use different fonts, your header has bigger font and your body is smaller but you decided use all caps to emphasis the freedom of expression. I also like how you made the camera your focal pointe and that’s what my eyes are drawn to first. My only suggestion would be to make sure the header and the body are closer together so that we know they correlate, I’m afraid that because they are a bit more further apart it would be hard to really connect the two without much context. Overall great job!
Hey Humberto, great photo selection and matching article! The overall message of the article does support what you are depicting in the picture of the man taking the photo of himself (presumably). The elements that I found that worked well were the photo and article combination and the usage of the reddish color of the small portion of the camera for the font colors. Additionally, adding a opaque background to the text helped it stand out from the rest of the photo. The fonts do work very well with the overall combination, and the only suggestion would be a increased size font of the article text. Well done!
