James what a great job with your message. I feel like you did good with tying in the overall theme with the human rights article you chose to culture. The typeface you chose was really good, you kept both the heading and the body red and bold but you used bigger font for the heading to let me know its a heading, you also did great with keeping the body of the text close to the heading so that we know they correlate with each other. Although the fonts are similar I think they complement each other, being careful not to take away from the picture or the message. I also liked how I could immediately tell the focal pointe of your image and what it means, you did amazing with that as well! My only suggestion would be to put the word “Article” before 27 so that it reads “Article 27” I think that would be an important aspect to understand where this information is coming from. Because I know what this assignment is about I get where the 27 comes from but if a random person looked at this they may not understand what that means. Overall great work!
Great job with your work James. I thought your typography and image both matched and the message really did resonate. It’s one of those things where (not sure if you did it on purpose), following how the Indigenous Tribes and American Native American cultures currently around the world, are struggling to preserve their culture or wanting it back.
Article 27 is a great one to have select because it’s one that we are currently dealing with in the world and allowing all kinds of backgrounds to express themselves. Your placement of the font worked out really well due to the users eyes being grabbed by the tribal dancer then seeing where his head is pointing too and that’s where you’ve placed Article 27.
Great job!
