My name is David Baker and I’m from Orlando, FL. I graduated from FSU in 2004 with a bachelor of science in Business – Management Information Systems. I’ve worked in the information technology field for about 18 years and currently work at Citrix.
My favorite thing to do is ride motocross on the weekends. Occasionally, I’ll create some videos out at the track using a GoPro and upload them to my YouTube Channel.
Where did you pick up the interest of Motorcross? My brothers all did this and I remember as a baby our family always following them around to tracks.
David, A thought hit me, I would suggest taking the vocab you know and have about Motorcross and adding that as a title that will really snag someone’s attention – and grab/pull them in – I think that would also be an awesome tie in to what you mention within your blog and when people see a reference again to motorcross 🙂
Hey David! Good to see you in this class, and that you’re in my first group. I believe we’ve been in several classes prior, and even in same groups. It’s interesting to see that you’re into motocross, is it something you always did as a kid or did you get into it later in life? What brand is your motorcycle, and is there a significance to the number 462? I wonder if you would use some of your motocross GoPro footage for this class if the chance arises 😀
Good evening, David. I’m glad to meet you in another class before you graduate this semester. We miss your presence at Orlando Health. I see you have a very challenging hobby in motocross. I was watching one of your videos from Dade City MX and it was fun to watch. I hope that you stay safe while having fun. You should definitely visit the UK. It is a beautiful country to visit, with a rich history and great architecture. I am looking forward to working together this semester.
Good call Harry! Should say “Shredding at Pax Moto!” in the title. I picked motocross and dirt bikes when I was 5 or 6 years old.
@Adam Good to see you too! Last semester went very well in our group work! Always rode dirt bikes growing up. Took a break for a bit when I had no money in college then bought another bike later on and been riding ever since. If the chance arises to use the GoPro footage I will for sure! 462 came from a rock band I like called “Tool”.
@Saleh miss the Orlando Health people most of all! Always was a good place to work because of the people there, including you! I want to visit the UK one day for sure.
