Health and life podcast is a platform where people can learn how to live a healthy life and feel more confident about themselves. People can learn about health, wellness, and life lessons daily from this podcast. I am passionate about empowering people to lead healthier lives that they can be proud of.
My recent episode discussed how to stay motivated. I used a soft music track with familiar sounds such as a cup of water being poured into it and stirring it. This is because, as a tea lover, I find those sounds to be soothing. The listener may feel more relaxed and calm after listening to it. Along with the music and those familiar sounds, I incorporated a calming voice to introduce the episode title, letting the listener know what to expect. Listeners who want to relax and feel at ease will find this podcast helpful.

Amaka, I thought the sound effect of liquid being poured was relaxing and your voice at a low tone was inviting. I was a bit confused with the leaves though with your title perhaps a scenery of a lake or river would have gone better with your audio clips. Also, I was curious about the health tips that I never got to hear about.
Hi Amaka,
After listening to your podcast, I felt as if I was about to do a yoga class or follow with some mediation. You certainly created an overall calming tone. The timing of the water worked well as it came before the stirring. This made the impression that you were doing this yourself getting ready for the podcast. The narration had a welcoming soft voice that further contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Currently, many people are looking for that extra energy boost and how to stay motivated. I found myself wanting to know your tips and tricks. This would also be an excellent one to listen to either before or after work as it would get the audience ready for the day or assist in maintaining that high energy at home.
As previously mentioned, your music contributes to your desired mood. However, a more upbeat music could create some extra energy for the audience and prepare them for a motivated discussion. Other than that, your audio levels blended well with no distractions. I did not see the water pouring sound effect in the audio credits and was not sure if this was recorded by you or someone else. Great job!
