Walking around on the weekend. Visiting all the beautiful side streets. Wandering for hours on end with no plans. This is what my dream weekend looks like. When I put my headphones in, just putting on some background noise keeps me moving. Often, I find the best stores or restaurants when I get to wander. I will look for streets I’ve never been down and check them out.
Being able to put in your headphones, let the world disappear, and wander aimlessly is the most relaxing and chill thing I have ever done.
This image of Walking On Sunshine And A Red Headphone by Alfred Grupstra is what I look like to the rest of the world on the days when I get to wander around. It’s beautiful and calming with the warmth of a new world. The song Chilling by Popoi has the beat of the steps, but also the upbeat tone of a casual stroll without too much excitement or adventure. Just a sense to keep moving.
Beautiful image. It puts you in the mind of a woman who is carefree and enjoying her life with no worries. With the headphones, it looks as tho she is tuning out of the world, relaxing. The music you paired with played nicely. It could be playing while she is visiting the area. The image only conveys the same meaning with or without the music. The music on the other hand could mean anything from a jazz concert to something to “chill” to. I do not have any technical advice as all things posted worked, nice job
This is a very good image, funnily I also picked a ‘street fashion’ shot for my post as well. Funny how that works out… Being able to wander around is great. Taking in the sights and sounds is always relaxing. I always relish the chance to do so when I get chance before or after work. People watching opportunities everywhere.
The music is good, very chill and relaxing. Makes me think of the various “Chill Hop” stations I’ve listened to when studying or reading for classes.
I will say I think the image might be good a little bit bigger? It feels a little small to me. I would like to be able to see it a little clearer in the blog post itself. Might be trickier without cropping (which wasn’t the assignment) but if it were possible I’d consider that.
