Hi Alex! I enjoyed your post clip. Your tone of voice was informative and authoritative, and helped me build trust in your podcast as a listener. The sound quality was good, and your word pacing was deliberate and not too fast. My favorite part was the cash register sound effect at the end – it tied the entire clip together. Your cover image is clean and simple, and clearly depicts the topic of the podcast.
This podcast concept would definitely appeal to wide audiences; everyone can benefit from financial knowledge, and your intro leads me to believe that the advice given would be digestible and not overly complicated.
One suggestion for improvement: If you bring down the volume of the sound effect and increase your vocal and background music volumes, I think the overall clip will sound more balanced; right now the sound effect is a lot louder, which jolts me out of the listening environment a bit.
Hello Alex!
Your audio clip came off very professional, I must say; you should consider podcasting since I think you have a great voice for that. The ambiance was a bit faint and could be better with more effects and an intro; it would be great. Well done, Alex!
Hey Alex, the idea of your podcast seems very fitting to your voice. The tone creates a serious and trustworthy effect, the two main things needed when speaking of money. The background noise adds to that tone and completes your audio clip. Your cover art also ties perfectly into the theme of money and the overall understanding tone. I do have to agree with Jocelyn when it comes to your sound effect. It does jolt the listener out of the listening environment and simply needs a slight volume adjustment to fix. Other than that, I enjoyed the pacing of your voice and the topic you chose.
