Hi Grace!
I love the article and photo you chose for this assignment. You did a great job representing the title using a display font, which gives a freelance perspective to the article. The color scheme complements the vibe of the photo, and the “in tune” presence of the lady in the photo emphasizes the right to leisure in a relaxed and focused view. My only recommendation would be to align the colored box with the line of her shades to make it easier for viewers to scan. Additionally, consider using a slightly bolder font for the title to ensure it stands out more prominently. The title’s bold font almost matches the bold aspect of the description. These adjustments could maybe help draw attention to the key elements of your work. Overall, great job on representing this part of the amendment!
Hi Grace,
The font you chose for the body text definitely gives a light-hearted sense of whimsy and fun, which is exactly what you would expect from leisure activities. The font you used for the article number is more professional and reserved, which lends to the official nature of the source document. I also appreciate that you used a transparent rectangle to back the text to increase legibility. While the fonts match your intended purpose, I feel they could have been more stark in contrast to each other and using more dramatically different fonts would have made the image more engaging.
Cheers!
Hey Grace,
The image does a great job of conveying a subtle yet effective message about the right to rest and leisure. The woman has what I interpret to be a mildly unhappy expression, which suggests that, while she is taking a break, she may not be fully able to enjoy it perhaps due to stress or other obligations. This adds depth to the portrayal of Article 24, hinting that true rest is more than just taking time off; it’s about being able to relax and recharge. I also really like the transparent rectangle, as it helps the text stand out without overpowering the image. The graffiti-style font is a unique touch that gives the text an expressive feel, reinforcing the importance of the right to rest. Thank you for sharing!
