I chose this image because it grabs my attention immediately. The colors were beautiful and calming. The title of the song Nature Sounds spoke directly to the image i choose. The soundtrack enhances the reality I sense, it felt as though I was walking through the flowers. This invites you to immerse yourself into the beauty of nature. Especially for me because I love walking through nature. So hearing realistic sounds made it easy for me to imagine walking through a field of flowers near a highway.

Here Comes the Flowers is a very fun title, accompanied by a lovely photo. Your choice in audio sets the tone for a nice summer day with nature. I love going for walks’ in nature, so this post made me feel right at home. I felt like the “Nature Sounds” added to the overall atmosphere, and I definitely would have felt a different ‘vibe’ with any other choice in audio.

The picture is gorgeous and paints this serene picture of a sunny flower field. It gives me the happy and energetic feeling, as if it were a wedding bouquet. The audio reminds me of waking up in the morning and going through my daily routine. Together they form a princess-esque picture about waking up in the morning and getting ready for the day. It reminds me of Cinderella’s morning routine, where she has mice and birds help her get ready. Another sound that could change the meaning of the picture is an orchestral piece, which could give the picture many different feelings to associate with the picture.
Hey Chrislene, seeing your picture, I automatically think of someone planting these, and this is their garden full of flowers. Hearing your audio, I imagine lying in a field, staring at the sky, really soaking in the nature. The combination of the picture and audio fit very well together; they both have a very calming effect, so I can see why you chose to do that. Another audio choice that can create an unexpected meaning is something with glass tinkling, and you create the scene of a tea party with this combination. The audio would have slight whispering noises and still create a calming effect, just a little more lively.
