The podcast where we stir coffee and stir up trouble by asking my housemates controversial questions. Each morning we come up with a new question to ask the unlucky housemate to walk into the kitchen. So feel free to relax, sip your coffee, and let the drama unfold.
The sound elements you will experience will take you into a kitchen scene. You will hear the coffee brewing, the drink being poured, and the sound of the window opening to morning birds. This is all after an enticing musical intro to wake the listeners up and kick-start the podcast. And is it even a good podcast if it doesn’t end with the sound of an overly dramatic sip?
LOL, I kept thinking of the show where people keep drinking wine as the interview progressed, hysterical. Not QUITE the same here, but it gave me this idea. Would it be possible to just tone down the volume in the beginning and lead up to volume- thinking that would match the feature of coffee helping people in the AM first thing, relax and settle in. I think by softening the volume of the music, will be a nice start- you have some GREAT sound effects that go with the coffee and sipping, LOVE.
Also, I like the image, just would shift the cloud, title, steam or mug to the left or right to be at the intersection for the rule of thirds.
Hi Corina, You had come up with a catchy name and picture for your podcast. The font you used in the picture is so appealing and could connect with the content of your podcast. I wonder if you actually do run a podcast because the way you say “Goooood morninggg” sounds like a typical radio jockey tone. I felt that the background music was louder from the beginning till the end and toning it down a bit would have highlighted your voice and the effects much better. And as a listener, I would be much interested to know the answer to the question about introverts and extroverts. Good content. Nice job!
