Hello Christopher,
I really like what you’ve done with the postcard for Typography Media Lab 4. I believe that the image you used conveys a powerful message to people, especially women of color.
The text color scheme in this image complements each other, making them look more balanced. However, I feel that the first and second sentences (I.e. the backgrounds around the texts) are too close.
Nonetheless, the concept of the black woman on a boat is a good choice for the caption. Your photo was a statement identifying Article 3 Everyone has the right to live free, in liberty and in security. Nice job!
Hello Christopher,
I like your choice for the image and the article. I understand what you were going for, however the colors to me seem a bit flat. I think you should chose colors that maybe draw me in a little more because for me I immediately get drawn in to her lips and everything else kind of is after that if that makes sense. Or maybe the color is not the issue maybe the placement of the words . I’m not sure , I’m still new to editing but overall I think the article complimented the picture well.
