She\u2019s seen enough movies to know that wouldn\u2019t end well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description of Media:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I shot original footage for No Thanks on an iPhone 15. The text messages were created by using the built-in Screen Recording feature on IOS. For the creepy visuals, I used an excerpt from a previous project, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/YhAV95QpjYo\">Annunciation<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My partner Sarah performed the role of the main character and I provided additional dialogue for the phone call scene. I recorded iPhone texting, camera shutter, and Facetime sound effects using Voice Memos and the built in iPhone microphone. Audio from the iPhone footage was also used.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/freesound.org\/people\/richwise\/sounds\/583603\/\">Additional background ambiance by richwise<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/freesound.org\/people\/xkeril\/sounds\/753345\/\">vibraphone ringtone by xkeril<\/a> were downloaded from Freesound.org.
