My goal is to create a podcast that inspires listeners to live healthier while explaining how fitness impacts our bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sound design captures the lively energy of fitness with sounds like heartbeats and pouring water, while upbeat background music keeps the vibe positive and engaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the album art, I chose a vibrant image of someone enjoying a fitness activity. The bright colors and dynamic lines reflect strength and vitality, and the bold, modern text aligns with the podcast&#8217;s fresh approach.
