Licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 DEED.<\/sub> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Synopsis<\/strong>: From a first-person perspective, the main character is describing in detail what anxiety feels like to a person who lives with it as a mental illness, the physical and emotional symptoms, and what types of behavior can stem from having anxiety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creation<\/strong>: Images were gathered from Flickr and Pexel, audio was taken from Freesound, and voice narration was personally recorded via Audacity.
