Each month we find different chefs or grill masters to teach us the ways of the meat world. Today, we are learning how to reverse sear a steak with the time ole method of sous vide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This podcast includes voice (spoken word), sound effects, and music. The introduction sound effects are faded in and prepare the listener for what we are about to do that include filling up a pot with water and searing a steak. For a smooth transition, the sound effects are faded out while voice is then faded in to further describe the podcast and specific episode. The reverse happens at the end with audio clips of knife sharpening and plate placing as the listener would do after following along.
