I struggled a little bit to understand the theme of the video. I believe that the message is to vote and/or pay attention to the role that government plays regarding war and financial policy.
The images referred to US and foreign policy relations, apart from the first image, who I believe is Stacy Abrams who didn’t win the governorship of Georgia yet was able to encourage record voting turnout. If a person didn’t follow politics, they might not know who she is. I took from this image the message to vote.
The images switch in time to the music well, it flowed. Good job!
Hi Danielle,
Correct me if I’m wrong, but overall I understood that the theme is distrust in the richest people and the lack of trust in government globally. I also see that there is unhappiness with the agency that voters have. This might have been a little more impactful if there were more images or cuts to flesh out your thoughts on the matter. What you have was well crafted, albeit I’m still unsure of the theme.
